  • Mentor: RAMAN KHANNA
  • Duration of Workshop: 8 hours
  • Format: Seminar | Ideation | Hands-on sessions | Presentation

Design is as much an attitude, as it is a skill and discipline. The workshop will revolve around “Design in Everyday Life” and enable the participants to sharpen the perception of their surroundings. The primary objective would thus be to be aware, observe, identify problems and then look at opportunities to tackle them. Participants will be exposed to use of common tools like mind maps, sketching, photography and also given introduction to principles of brainstorming, persona and scenario creation. The workshop will equip the participants to use these tools and apply them in both academic and professional situations. The end goal is to raise design awareness, and sharpen their sensitivity towards their own life and surroundings.

The main objective of this workshop is to make participants have a better awareness of their own surroundings, relate to design issues and cultivate design thinking.
